At PACK THC, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Processing Time

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Methods & Transit Time

  • We offer various shipping options including economy, ground, and expedited services at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • Free Shipping may be offered on select products or promotions (U.S. only, excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.

  • For wholesale on export requests(outside of The United States), contact us at hello@packthc.com.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

  • PACK THC is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Contact us at hello@packthc.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once placed.

  • If you need to cancel, email us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Packaging

We take care to pack your items securely. Custom orders are packed to ensure quality presentation and protection during transit.
