We provide product packaging solutions, primarily for the cannabis and hemp industries, including but not limited to custom packaging, containers, and accessories.

All products listed on our website are intended for legal use only. PACK THC does not condone the illegal use of our packaging materials. Custom product mockups and renders are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions and visuals, we do not warrant that such descriptions are error-free.

5. Pricing and Billing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory inaccuracies, or payment issues.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information for all purchases.

6. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other forms of electronic payment. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable total amount.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellations

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order for any reason, including suspicion of fraud, product availability, or payment issues. Cancellations after shipment will be subject to return terms (https://www.packthc.com/pages/return-policy)

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to most U.S. states and select international destinations.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.

  • PACK THC is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

9. Returns and Refund Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

  • Custom orders, clearance items, and sale products are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting returned items.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

10. Custom Orders

All custom or personalized orders are final. Once your proof is approved, we are not liable for any errors. All custom or personalized designs provided by the customer are final. Production timelines begin only after written proof approval is received.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on PACKTHC.COM—including logos, images, text, product names, and designs—is the intellectual property of PACK THC or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification is strictly prohibited. 

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or products for:

  • Any unlawful purpose

  • Infringing upon others’ rights

  • Uploading malicious code or interfering with security features

  • Collecting data without consent

Violation may result in termination of your access and legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PACK THC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and State Of New York. You agree that any legal action shall be filed exclusively in a court located in Harris County, Texas or Nassau County, New York.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, pandemics, labor disputes, or governmental restrictions.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

We may terminate or suspend your access at our discretion without notice or liability, especially in cases of violation of these Terms.
